To renew, you must first log in, then click "profile" underneath "Members Login" on the left (you may have to click on "Members Login again to see "Profile") and then click the blue box "Renew Membership" on the right. 
 
Also please note that you don't have to have a PayPal account to use your credit/debit card! (We use PayPal as our processing agent.) Just make sure you select "Pay with a Credit/Debit Card" if you land on the PayPal login page and  "check out as a guest" if you are given that option.

Digital-only Journal Person(s) 2 $35.00 Beginning October 1, the remainder of the year is included with the next full year's membership. Access to the entire FCHSM website and digital-only access to the journal. Open to all individuals worldwide. For 1 or 2 persons at the same mailing address. Digital memberships will not receive a printed and mailed version of the journal. Digital members will receive email notifications to log in to the FCHSM website when new editions of the journal become available.
Printed/mailed Journal to the U.S. Person(s) 2 $40.00 Beginning October 1, the remainder of the year is included with the next full year's membership. Access to the entire FCHSM website, (printed) and mailed version of the journal, AND digital access to the journal. Open to all individuals and institutions in the United States only. For 1 or 2 persons at the same mailing address.
Printed/mailed Journal to Canada Person(s) 2 $55.00 Beginning October 1, the remainder of the year is included with the next full year's membership. Access to the entire FCHSM website, (printed) and mailed version of the journal, AND digital access to the journal. Open to all individuals and institutions in Canada only. For 1 or 2 persons at the same mailing address. US$55/calendar year.
Organization (U.S.) Organization 1 $40.00 Beginning October 1, the remainder of the year is included with the next full year's membership. For one organization with mailing address within the U.S.; membership to run 1 January through 31 December of a calendar year; one MHH journal will be mailed to designated address. New Organization Memberships received after 30 September of the calendar year will begin 1 January of the following year and the organization will have immediate access to the FCHSM website, digital issues of the MHH journals and research articles.
Organization (Non U.S.) Organization 1 $55.00 Beginning October 1, the remainder of the year is included with the next full year's membership. For one organization with mailing address outside the U.S.; membership to run 1 January through 31 December of a calendar year; one MHH journal will be mailed to the designated address. New Organization Memberships received after 30 September of the calendar will begin 1 January of the following year and the organization will have immediate access to the FCHSM website, digital issues of MHH journals and research articles.
